The customer's desire to harmoniously combine living and working.
The light-flooded rooms are given a homely and comfortable atmosphere by the design with high-quality furniture and furnishings in warm wood tones and natural materials. The continuous color concept with sand-colored walls and walnut surfaces has an inviting and comfortable effect. Design icons show value.
Discreet liveliness is experienced in the rooms through pictures, lights and furniture details with selected red and blue tones, reminiscent of Le Corbusier's color palette.
Plenty of storage space makes the apartment appear clear and structured. The large workstation desired by the client is harmoniously embedded in the living space design. Acoustically absorbent materials create a comfortable calm throughout the apartment. In particular, the highly sensitive technology used in video conferences reacts sensitively to background noise and reverberation effects. Sound-absorbing room elements, such as a large mural, an absorber installed at the desk and a carpet under the workstation, provide special protection against background noise here. For the upper floor, characterized by strong slopes, adapted furniture was planned by the carpenter. The result is a retreat with clean lines.
The large roof terrace provides another outdoor space with lounge and dining area in summer. Plant boxes on the balustrade provide privacy and closeness to nature. The color concept is also consistent in this area.
